Don Fernando Tequila has won different awards in different tasting contests, such as the double golden medal and Best Of Show for the Don Fernando Añejo WSWA Las Vegas 2012 in the Prodexpo Fair in Moscow in 2007, and the golden medal for the Don Fernando Silver Tequila in 2008.

In 2009, Don Fernando Tequila obtained the award as the stellar packaging of the year, in the contest organized by the Asociacion Mexicana de Envase y Embalaje, A.C. (Mexican Society of Bottling and Packaging).
